Scope of Experience

Joe Cornelius is the Senior Property Manager for NAI Isaac’s Property Management Department. He currently assists in the oversight of the management of over 2.9 million square feet of retail shopping centers, office complexes, and industrial buildings in Central and Eastern Kentucky for multiple property owners. Cornelius has been managing property since 1993 and has been a licensed real estate agent in the state of Kentucky since 2000.

Background & Experience

Cornelius has broad experience in project management, construction management, collections, lease administration, lease renewals, tenant retention, vendor relations, and budgeting. Over the years, Cornelius has developed great relationships with property owners and tenants, cultivating value and trust with his clients. Cornelius focuses on maximizing profits for owners through tenant retention and careful examination of operating expenses, while keeping NAI Isaac’s managed properties well maintained to attract new tenants.

Education

Cornelius attended the University of Kentucky and Bluegrass Community & Technical College, where he earned an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Technology and Building Construction.

Cornelius enjoys spending time with his four children and grandchild. He also volunteers at his local church and serves as the Treasurer for a local homeless shelter.
