HR Manager / Office Administrator
Scope of Service Experience
As a Human Resources Manager and Office Administrator, Griffin is responsible for all employee-related matters within both the Dallas and Fort Worth locations. His responsibilities range from Compliance and Regulatory Oversight, Employee Relations, HR Training, Onboarding, Benefits and Compensation, Policies and Procedures Administration, IT Coordination, Office Management, Events Coordination and Supply Management.
Background & Experience
Griffin has been a Human Resources Professional for over 25 years. Prior to NAI Robert Lynn, he worked for Geico Insurance as the National Recruitment Manager for their main headquarters located in Washington DC. His experience in Human Resources has ranged from Union Arbitrations, Employee Relations, Benefits and Compensation Management, Training and Development, Recruitment, Human Resource Policy Development, Compliance Management, Employee Engagement, HR Smart Applicant Training and Management and HR Consulting.
Griffin holds a Bachelors Degree in Secondary Education and a Masters Degree in Secondary Education Administration from Pennsylvania State University. Griffin holds a second Masters Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resource Management from Ashford University. He has currently earned 19 of 46 credits from Capella University, toward a Doctorate Degree in Human Resources Leadership.
Griffin has published two manuals on Employee Engagement and Interactive Human Resource Information Systems. His doctoral research will continue to focus upon the future development of interactive HRIS software.
He volunteers time as a Youth Coordinator with the United Methodist Church of Frisco, Texas. He has also participated as a Toastmasters Speaker and Presenter, where he has held the office of Chapter President in Chevy Chase, Maryland.
