Scope of Experience
Genieve Posen brings 16 years of experience in landscape architecture, urban development and commercial real estate marketing to her role of Advisor at NAI SunVista (formerly NAI Maestas & Ward). Before transitioning to brokerage, Genieve was the company’s Director of Marketing for six years. As Director, she built the foundation of a high-functioning and award-winning department, gaining recognition for her leadership and progressive marketing strategies for the company’s commercial and investment properties.
Her history of industry experience began with earning her Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of New Mexico with several semesters of environmental planning and construction education from Texas Tech University. After graduating, she worked for an urban planning and landscape architecture firm for nine years, gaining valuable knowledge in the commercial development and design process.
Genieve’s approach to commercial real estate keeps her abreast of industry knowledge and market trends of industrial properties as well as other commercial real estate asset classes. Her success with NAI SunVista has been attributed to her relentless pursuit of excellence, uncompromising integrity, superior marketing strategies and exceptional commitment to customer service. Simply put, Genieve and her team give their clients the leading edge in the current marketplace and always ensure that their client’s goals are met.
Genieve was raised on a ranch in northern New Mexico and has been a life-long resident of the state. She believes New Mexico’s business climate is a catalyst for opportunity and the perfect location for a work-life balance. An ex-college basketball athlete, you can still find her shooting hoops, horseback riding and competing in CrossFit. Outside the office, she loves spending time with her family and friends and traveling.
