Scope of Service Experience
Since joining NAI Plotkin in 2007, Dan had been involved in commercial real estate sales and leasing, property management, and construction management. He specializes in the sales, leasing, and construction management of medical/office buildings and medical/office space. In 2015, Dan brokered over $5 million in sales/leasing transactions, including the sale of bus maintenance facilities for Laidlaw Transit, Inc. and the Lower Pioneer Valley Education Corporation (LPVEC) and also represented LPVEC on the acquisition of the former Medieros Williams Property on Boston Road, Wilbraham, MA.
Background & Experience
Prior to joining NAI Plotkin, Dan was a Project Manager for several construction projects including schools, biotech, medical buildings, and parking structures throughout New England. During his career, he has been involved in several large-scale projects including the Newburyport-Salisbury Bridge, the Seabrook Power Plant, the Marriot at Copley Place, and Rowes Wharf on Boston Harbor. He has also served as the Director of Facilities Planning for a national healthcare company, with facilities located in eleven states.
