Craig’s focus is the sale or acquisition of income producing properties on behalf of his clients. Craig brings a wealth of knowledge to any assignment as a result of 28 years of combined brokerage, development and financing experience. Craig has completed over $500 million in sale or acquisition transaction volume. Craig grew up in the commercial real estate industry, coming from a family that includes three generations of real estate developers. As a developer, Craig has designed, built, leased and financed Class A multi-story office in excess of 250,000 square feet and Class A multi-story institutional grade self-storage facilities in excess of 480,000 square feet.
