Company Background & Experience Emory Hill was founded as a small development company in Newark, DE in 1981 and has since grown to a fully integrated operation with the resources to develop, design, finance, build, lease, and manage commercial, residential and industrial projects. To date, the company has built and developed over 12 million sq. ft. in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In 1989, Emory Hill joined NAI Global to further expand the Brokerage and Management Divisions, handling asset and property management for their own portfolio as well as for outside investors. Jim O'Hara Realty, LLC became a division of NAI Emory Hill in January, 2008. Fully integrated with our firm, they are now known as NAI Emory Hill | Retail Division and provide even greater resources for our retail clients. They are affiliated with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and with the Retail Brokers Network (RBN). With the opening of Emory Hill Residential, a residential home sales division, in April of 2008, the Emory Hill companies are now Delaware's only full-service real estate company.
