Scope of Service Experience
Yair Haimoff began his career in Commercial Real Estate in 2002 working from the ground up as an assistant broker to the industrial team. In 2003, Yair acquired a position as an administrative assistant to Senior Vice President, Barry Rothstein where he worked on large-scale projects, including the sale of one of the largest shopping centers in the city of Santa Clarita, CA. Later, as an Associate, Yair partnered up with Senior Executive Vice President, Timothy P. Foutz where began specializing in leasing, acquisition, and disposition of industrial and office properties. Ambition, determination, commitment and his innate integrity assisted Yair in achieving his goals. Yair went from Rookie of the Year to the highest level of Capital Club. In addition, Yair was recognized by both the San Fernando Valley Business Journal and the Santa Clarita Business Journal as being one of the top 40 business leaders under the age of 40 when he was awarded with the 40 Under 40 Award. In 2013 Yair received his SIOR designation, a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry. Today, as an Executive Vice President at NAI Capital Encino, Mr. Haimoff specializes in leasing, acquisition and disposition of industrial, office and investment properties in both the Santa Clarita and San Fernando Valleys and manages the LA North office.
Background & Experience
Along with his vast experience and knowledge in Sales, Marketing and Promotions, Mr. Haimoff’s real estate experience includes representing landlords and tenants in sales negotiations, lease negotiations, land sales, investment sales, marketing analysis and studies.

As an active member in the community, Mr. Haimoff is a board member with Hands On Santa Clarita and is involved in charitable organizations throughout the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valley’s.
Education
Yair Haimoff graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice in 2003. Mr. Haimoff is fluent in both English and Hebrew.
