Background & Experience
Tonya loves seeing projects come to life. She spent the first part of her career at Tri Properties in development, working with investors to acquire land and assemble a talented team of architects, engineers and builders to develop properties.
Tonya now uses the relationships she developed – and the experience she gained – to help tenants find the ideal property and customize it for their needs. She works with our leasing and corporate services teams to analyze tenant space needs, coordinate site tours and navigate permitting issues. As a liaison with local and state government agencies, Tonya is responsible for compliance with rules and regulations, representing the owner and managing projects through all stages of the permitting and approval process.
