Tony Salerno has been active in the St. Louis and Southern Illinois real estate market since 1992, specializing in the sale and leasing of retail and office properties.

Tony was previously the President of Advance Carpet One and the director of real estate for the St. Louis and Southern Illinois markets. He managed $14 million worth of annual business and 102 employees, as well as 63 independent contractors. He was responsible for site location, demographic analysis, lease negotiations, building development, strategic direction, merchandising, operations, marketing, sales and profit growth.

This retail background allows Tony to offer a unique insight into the real estate needs of medium to large sized retail operations.
