Scope of Service Experience
Mr. Nguyen is an Executive Vice President at NAI Capital and the founder of its Pacific Rim Division. NAI’s PRD is designed to meet the specific needs of Asian commercial real estate investors/landlords/tenants here in the U.S. and in the Pacific Region abroad. Mr. Nguyen’s experience spans all aspects of commercial real estate from law to brokerage to development. Within the past few years, he has been directly involved in over 350 million in transactions and has built a solid reputation for his ability to analyze markets and projects for profitability.
Background & Experience
Prior to NAI, Mr. Nguyen was the President of Real Capital Inc., a boutique commercial brokerage based in Orange County, California. He has brokered everything from large shopping centers and apartment complexes to office buildings and development deals. He has also been the leasing agent for over a million SF in retail space. Mr Nguyen takes his experience in brokerage to his management role as the manager of NAI Capital's Pacific Rim Division: A group of multi-lingual and multi-cultural commercial real estate brokers tasked to represent Asian buyers/sellers, landlords/tenants locally and abroad. At NAI Capital, Nguyen is consistently among the top 10 brokers in the firm in production. Mr. Nguyen has also been in a private legal practice, where he focused his attention on commercial real estate transactions.
Education
Mr. Nguyen received a dual undergraduate degree from UCLA. He received a BS in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics and a BA in Business Economics. Later on he was awarded a full academic scholarship at the Cal Western School of Law in San Diego, California where he received a Juris Doctor degree. Mr. Nguyen was admitted to the California State Bar in July, 2005.

This is the first Asian bank to enter the Fashion Island financial district.

Park Plaza Hotel in DTLA: Represented Buyer/Seller in the Acquisition of the famous Park Plaza Hotel in Downtown LA.
