Background & Experience
Todd is Executive Vice President of HSP. He has been involved in the real estate and construction industries for over 30 years and is known for his hands-on client participation and long term relationships. He has negotiated over 1,350 leases ranging in size from 1,000 square feet to over 260,000 square feet representing 7.1 million square feet; participated in over 31 acquisitions and dispositions valued at over $1.9 billion; and supervised over 400 interior construction and new development projects. Todd has served as Leasing Agent for 24 Manhattan buildings ranging in size from 100,000 square feet to over 1,200,000 square feet totaling over 11,000,000 square feet:
His experience includes: office and retail leasing, property redevelopment and repositioning, interior construction, asset and property management, acquisitions and dispositions, site assemblage, and ground up development.
Todd served as Executive Managing Director at Massey Knakal, a leading tri-state area real estate brokerage company, where he was responsible for the management of the Manhattan, Bronx and Westchester 80 person sales force as well as the tri-state area retail leasing division. Todd joined Massey Knakal from Savanna, an institutional real estate private equity firm and asset management company, where he was Principal and Director of Leasing.
Todd previously held positions with Swig Equities, The Witkoff Group, Insignia / ESG (now part of CB Richard Ellis) and StructureTone.
Todd has been recognized by such leading publications as Real Estate New York, Real Estate Weekly and Real Estate Forum in industry rankings including “Rising Star”, “40 under 40”, “50 under 50”, “Broker All Star” and “Top Broker”. He was selected by REBNY as its 2009 Young Real Estate Man of the Year.
Todd earned a B.S. in Management from New York University and an MBA from New York University.
