Background & Experience
Prior to joining NAI Emory Hill, Tim spent 14 years in the urban and environmental planning profession with the Army Corps of Engineers, City of Asheville Planning and Development, Union Camp Pulp and Paper and Delaware Greenways, Inc.. Tim is an active real estate investor often using the more than 10 years of construction experience he gained in his family's business to turn properties around.
Tim's desired goal on any transaction is to ensure his clients make fully informed decisions on even most complex transaction. He takes a client first, no stone unturned approach for each and every client. His responsiveness, thoroughness and on-going commitment to providing an array of "value added" services including financial modeling, lease analysis, opinions of value, access to B2B information and zoning and land use planning experience sets him apart from other commercial real estate professionals brokering transactions in the mid-Atlantic marketplace. Further enhancing Tim's "value add" is access to Emory Hill Companies, a full service commercial real estate with more than 35 years of experience in construction, property management, maintenance and commercial brokerage. This access consistently supports Tim's ability to offer insights not available from "brokerage" only CRE firms.
