Tessa most recently comes from a major motion picture corporation in the Culver City area where she specialized in client relations, and recruiting. This position helped prepare her to respond to a wide variety of client needs such as negotiations, risk management, logistical issues and most importantly providing effective solutions within short timeframes. Tessa implements creative solutions for clients with enthusiasm, intellect, and promptness.
Tessa partners with Robert Dixon, Senior Vice President, and utilizes NAI Capital Commercials' integrated services platform during acquisition, development, and disposition stages for each client. She lends her knowledge and expertise to each developer, landlord, and tenant while focusing on excellent service. She is responsible for property tours, lease negotiations, client representation and all aspects of sales and leasing industrial/office space.
Both new and existing clients value Tessa's tenacity, negotiating skills, market knowledge, and service oriented approach.
