Susanne’s commercial real estate career began in 1985, thus providing her clients with years of broad experience including development, acquisitions, dispositions, management, and environmental mitigation. Her focus has been on providing the expertise needed so that the client can focus on his or her objective: Investments, Redevelopment or Site Location.

Her career credentials, the prestigious CCIM designation, awarded in 1996, and CPM, awarded in 1994, demonstrate her commitment to further her knowledge so that she can provide the best advice for her clients. Her commercial real estate career started with Grubb & Ellis in Phoenix, Arizona, as a retail specialist and then ranges from a Vice President of Real Estate for major California banks, both in their trust and facilities divisions, to project management for a major hotel developer/operator in San Diego, and co-owner of an environmental mitigation company in Los Angeles.
Education
As the daughter of a Navy Pilot, she moved frequently and attended schools from across the country. For example she went to 5 high schools in 4 states, graduating from Lompoc High School, near Santa Barbara, California. College was at the University of San Francisco.
