Scope of Service Experience
Since completing a Master’s Degree in Finance, Mr. Body has analyzed over $6 Billion institutional and private real estate investments for some of the largest banks and investment funds in the United States. As a trusted adviser, he provided investment analysis and buy/sell recommendations for hundreds of transactions ranging from $1 Million to $250 Million for all major property types - retail, industrial, multifamily, office, land and condominium developments in various stages of entitlement.
Background & Experience
Mr. Body has advised institutional and High Net Worth clients in the Los Angeles area since 2010. Prior to joining NAI Capital, he was an Associate Vice President at the Los Angeles office of Grubb & Ellis where he was in charge of valuing institutional grade investment properties and providing advisory services to accounting and law firms. Previously, he was a Senior Associate at RCDH & Co, a leading boutique private equity and advisory firm in Washington DC that provided acquisition and valuation services for high profile institutional investors in commercial real estate. The company had such an esteemed reputation that in 2012 the Wall Street Journal asked RCDH to estimate the value of the White House.
Education
Mr. Body is a graduate of Harvard University where he obtained both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree. His Master's thesis received a $5 Million research grant and he graduated with the highest GPA in his class.

After receiving an additional Master's degree in Finance from Brandeis University, he passed the General Securities Representative (Series 7) and Research Analyst (Series 86) exams and became a Certified Financial Technician. He also completed most of the course work for the MAI designation via the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Body is fluent in both English and Hungarian.

Represented seller of an existing restaurant in Valencia to an owner-user who will convert the property to a medical office building.
Represented seller of mixed-use retail/office building in Newhall to a 1031 exchange buyer.
Assisted seller of a medical office building in establishing highest and best use for a land development opportunity in Pasadena, and in the sale of the property to a local apartment developer.
Represented tenants and landlords for a variety of industrial leases in Van Nuys and Northridge.
