Steve has 15 years’ experience advising on valuation and development matters in the residential and mainstream commercial sectors.

He advises lenders and developers on the funding and delivery of residential developments of houses and flats in prime London locations. He also advises banks lending against investment properties, including residential investments, office buildings, industrial estates, distribution warehouses, retail warehouses and central London high street shops.

Transaction History
Dukelease Properties (Central London Development Portfolio)
Steve continues to provide valuation advice to Central London residential developer, Dukelease, on their existing development portfolio and new acquisitions. Steve has provided secured lending valuation advice to a number of Duklease's funding partners in respect of the portfolio, which includes residential developments in Mayfair, St James's, Soho, Covent Garden and Fitzrovia.

Residential Land Portfolio (Ivanhoe Cambridge Fund)
Steve provided valuation advice to Residential Land and their funders, Macquarie Bank, on a portfolio of four fully let residential investments in prime central London locations. The investments were subsequently placed into a joint venture fund between Residential Land and the US residential fund, Ivanhoe Cambridge. Steve has advised on three further buildings which have been subsequently acquired by the fund.

Botanic House, Cambridge
Steve was instructed by Investec Bank to provide valuation advice in respect of a major new office development in central Cambridge. He also provided valuation advice for a site holding facility on the adjoining residential development site, which will make up the second and third phases of the project.
