Responsible for strategic direction and execution of all service platforms and business operations. This includes delivering best in class service and products to occupiers, owners and those seeking to develop in South Florida. Building business includes growing brokerage services and expanding the asset and property management divisions as well as extending the Company's wealth management advisory services to the increasing numbers of Family Offices in South Florida. Stephen is also the Company trainer and educator responsible for implementing the Company values, goals and best practices
Background & Experience
Stephen has over 40 year’s experience in commercial real estate operations, leasing, sales, management, development and finance. He is the third generation in his family specializing in the industry. Stephen most recently served as CEO of Colliers International South Florida where he lead the client service platforms and 35 brokers in three offices throughout South Florida with annual revenue of over $400,000,000, which was acquired in December 2014. Stephen was one of 7 national trainers for Colliers International traveling through the US training brokers, property managers, marketing professionals and other support team members.
