Scope of Service Experience
Since joining NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Inc. Mr. Grossman has specialized in investment sales across multiple asset classes as well as the representation of retail tenants and landlords.
Background & Experience
Mr. Grossman joined NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Inc. in 2010. Most recently, Mr. Grossman worked for American Commercial Realty as the Senior Leasing Associate responsible for overseeing the leasing, marketing and capital events of six shopping centers located throughout the state containing approximately 900,000 square feet. In addition to his leasing responsibilities, Mr. Grossman played a vital role in the acquisition, disposition and refinancing of assets by providing due diligence services such as: Modeling of prospective purchases through Excel and Argus, lease abstracting, market research and tenant interviews. Prior to joining American Commercial Realty, Mr. Grossman worked at Marcus & Millichap as a financial analyst providing underwriting services to the investment sales team as well as market research for listed properties.
Mr. Grossman is a graduate of Pine Crest School in Ft. Lauderdale and received his B.A. in International Business & Management from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
