Working for the leading service provider in commercial real estate, Shivu developed a deep understanding of the broker and owner demographics in the Bay Area, forging relationships with several players in the marketplace. Since joining NAI Northern California, Shivu has developed a strong track record of delivering above market prices for many of his transactions. Shivu has facilitated multiple exchange transactions and helped many owners and investors expand their portfolio.
