Scott has a diverse background in brokerage, leasing, project and property management, and finance. He specializes in office and medical office sales and leasing, investment sales, and site selection for development clients and owner/tenant users.
A member of the NAI Charleston team since 2012, Scott takes a personal and proactive approach with his clients, dealing with property issues and client needs promptly and directly. Years of experience in both Landlord and Tenant representation have given him a detailed understanding of leasing issues and terms, which helps him to serve each client’s unique goals and requirements. In 2015, Scott earned his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, a coveted designation held by only 6% of commercial real estate agents that demonstrates experience, expertise, and proficiency in the CRE investment industry. Prior to brokerage, Scott has managed a commercial portfolio consisting of office and retail properties including a portfolio of regional NBSC/Synovous Bank Branches, CVS Pharmacy and over 300,000 SF of class A and B multi-tenant office buildings across the Lowcountry.
