Scope of Service Experience
Sam joined NAI Elliott in 2010 as an intern while attending college and was quickly promoted to the position of Construction Coordinator. Over the years, Sam has managed a wide range of construction projects ranging from maintenance projects to large capital and tenant improvements.
Through Sam’s education and time working at NAI Elliott he has gained a wide knowledge of the construction industry both in the field and in the office. Sam’s experience with Corrigo and work order systems has helped to facilitate a cohesive building team for the construction management teams’ 200+ annual projects. Sam’s primary responsibilities include construction management, establishing project budgets, work scope development, project inspections, contract administration, building condition analyses, and property inspections.
