Mrs. Griner is currently responsible for management of office and retail properties in Palm Beach County totaling 583,000 SF.
Background & Experience
Mrs. Griner joined NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Inc. in 1993 with five years prior experience acquired from the management and disposition of real estate owned (REO) properties on behalf of financial institutions. Prior to joining NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Mrs. Griner was a Real Estate Assistant in the REO Department for Midlantic Financial Services Corporation. Ms. Griner assisted in the day-to-day management of a 70 million dollar portfolio of real estate owned by the bank reporting directly to the Vice President.
