Scope of Service Experience
Mr. Roger Neipris, with extensive experience specializing in tenant and corporate representation, serves as Vice President within NAI Capital’s Valencia office. Mr. Neipris leads NAI Capital's specialty Automotive Properties Group focusing on the real estate needs and services of the automotive industry. Mr. Neipris solves the acquisition, expansion, leasing, relocation, disposition and development needs of tenants, owners, franchisees, investors, developers and manufacturers. He performs necessary due diligence, quality control and daily coordination of policies and procedures to conclude transactions. He is involved in site selection, budgeting, forecasting, lease and sale negotiations. His strict attention to detail translates into significant savings of time and money, reduction of risk and increased flexibility for clients. Mr. Neipris brings his experience, market knowledge and understanding of each individual client’s culture and vision. He is successful at implementing and executing a strategy that enables his clients’ continued success.
Background & Experience
Roger Neipris has an extensive background in corporate and commercial real estate, including serving as The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company’s Real Estate Director for the Western United States, where he developed a niche expertise in automotive related real estate. He provides a variety of commercial real estate services not only to his automotive clients, but other retailers, developers and landlords, including tenant representation, site acquisition/disposition, construction management and due diligence consulting in the western United States.
Prior to Goodyear, he also worked as a Corporate Real Estate Manager for Home Savings of America, FSB, and Wells Fargo Bank where he was responsible for the management, acquisition, disposition and lease negotiation of branch locations, loan offices and administrative space.
Mr. Neipris completed his Master of Public Administration with an emphasis on Urban Planning at San Diego State University. He graduated from University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in Political Science, emphasizing Urban Studies.
