Client Testimonials

““Robin is at the top of her industry! She simply knows how to “get it done” and is extremely creative in developing solutions, she leaves no options uncovered. There are none better to work with.”
- Jeff Williams, Chairman, CEO and Co-founder • Clinipace, Inc.

“The NC State Bar engaged Carolantic immediately after our own attempts to market our office building in downtown Raleigh proved unsuccessful. Steve Stroud and Robin Anders analyzed our situation and quickly developed a marketing plan that had our property back “in play.” Within a very short time, interest was engendered among several prospective purchasers and a credible offer was received. I believe we were extremely well served by Carolantic. Their marketing was shrewd and effective, their advice was canny, and their entire approach was professional and confidence-inspiring. Had we to do it all over again, we would call Carolantic at the very onset of the process and leave our business in the hands of people who absolutely know what they are doing—and do it exceedingly well.”
- Tom Lunsford, Executive Director • North Carolina State Bar

“I heartily endorse Robin as a commercial real estate broker. Robin has represented my office building in our attempt to find tenants and/or a buyer, and I have been extremely pleased with her services. You’d be hard pressed to find someone who has the knowledge, enthusiasm, dedication and work ethic in their field of work that Robin has. If you need representation for any type of commercial real estate project in the Research Triangle area of North Carolina, you wouldn’t go wrong with Robin!”
- Mark Friedman, Sr Vice President • UAI Technology, Inc.

““We have worked with Robin & NAI Carolantic several times over the last few years. I’ve found Robin to be dedicated, knowledgable, and passionate about her work. She is very client focused and has developed some creative solutions in meeting our commercial real estate needs. I would highly recommend Robin & trust her to handle our bank’s business going forward.”
- John Anthony, Chief Administrative Officer • TrustAtlantic Bank

“Robin is, without question, one of the finest leasing representatives with whom I have had the pleasure of working with in my 18 years in the real estate industry. She is a highly motivated, conscientious and personable self-starter who assumed the responsibility for procuring and negotiating a number of very complicated Government leases, and, within a very short timeframe, became a true subject matter expert. Among her many attributes, Robin is extremely detail oriented and meticulous in the preparation of documentation - an absolute necessity when dealing with the Government. I came to realize very quickly that any information provided by Robin would be professionally presented and accurate, enabling expeditious coordination and negotiation, so essential in my position with overall responsibility for some 54 Government leases throughout our Company. I knew that I could always depend on Robin to be the first to provide me with any requested information and then to take that information and develop leases within the often cumbersome Government system. I only wish that there were more individuals with whom I could deal that would exhibit the same expertise, drive, and desire to excel that Robin always does - she is a true professional and a credit to the real estate industry.”
- Dave Hofstetter, Director - Real Estate Acquisitions Division • GSA (General Services Administration

“Robin is a tremendous resource when looking for commercial real estate in the Raleigh/Durham area. Her knowledge of the geography coupled with her vast number of contacts in City and County Governement arm Robin with all of the tools necessary to provide businesses exactly what they need in a Broker. Her “can do” attitude is contagious and her outgoing personality makes Robin the easiest and most cooperative person to work with. I can not recommend Robin enough!”
- Stuart Thomas, Director of Facility Operations • Smith & Nephew, Inc.

“Robin Anders is a consummate professional in the world of commercial real estate leasing. In early 2007 an arsonist burned our business ( to the ground in Cary, North Carolina. I had to quickly find a new location for almost 40 computer game developers despite overwhelming and seemingly insurmountable challenges. Robin stepped in and got us squared away in record time. She was a blinding light of hope, comfort and resourcefulness in our hour of despair. Robin solved problems, cut through red-tape like a buzz saw and was never short on creative solutions to the many challenges we faced. Robin helped save the livelihoods of all the employees and their families at Virtual Heroes. I give Robin my highest personal endorsement.”
- Jerry Heneghan, Managing Director • Virtual Heros Division, Applied Research Associates, Inc.
