Scope of Service Experience
Rob focuses on the investment sector. Since joining Furman Capital Advisors, Rob has been directly involved in over $100,000,000 in transactions with efforts concentrated on the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant retail in the Southeastern United States. Rob’s core competencies include contract negotiation, lease analysis, financial management and underwriting, due diligence organization and investigation, cost control, and disposition forecasting.
Background & Experience
Prior to becoming a commercial broker, Rob attended Hawaii Pacific University where he earned a BSBA in International Business, and upon graduation was recruited by Hilton Worldwide to join the Leader in Training program which evolved into a management position at the Waldorf Astoria’s Grand Wailea Resort on Maui. Upon moving to Greenville, Rob joined NAI Earle Furman with a focus on office and retail leasing and quickly transitioned to the company’s Investment Services Group, Furman Capital Advisors, to focus on retail and office investment sales.
