Robert Kerr is a Vice President of NAI San Diego. Rob came to NAI San Diego with an extensive, diverse background, including appraising commercial and investment real estate for several years. He has run all facets of operations for Start Up to Fortune 500 companies holding executive or C-Level positions and fully understands how real estate decisions affect the bottom line. Rob's overall expertise can help strengthen value, reduce operating costs and improve bottom line profitability for companies.
Background & Experience
Rob is knowledgeable on all aspects of investment, retail, industrial, office and multi-family real estate. His primary focus is on the sale or purchase of investment or owner/user properties both locally and nationally, sale leaseback opportunities and the lease of retail, office and industrial properties throughout Southern California as well as the successful completion of both national and international transactions. He represents owners, buyers, and tenants, guiding them through each transaction. Rob conducts business with the highest integrity, while conveying his high energy, enthusiasm and exceptional professional work ethic in assisting with the identification and fulfillment of real estate needs. He is a proactive problem solver with a proven track record.

Rob has been a resident of San Diego since 1997 when he relocated from Canada to run operations for an international company head quartered in San Diego. He resides in Rancho Penasquitos with his wife and has three active children. He is involved with numerous community organizations. He also enjoys all sports whether he is coaching, participating or just a spectator, as well as just spending time with the family.
Rob was educated in Canada at the University of Alberta, in addition to other higher education institutions. He holds both the AACI (Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designations. He also has membership in CRA/NAR and ICSC organizations and continues to keep current with the latest in industry techniques, standards and market conditions, to ensure that he maintains/increases his knowledge base, which in turn better serves his clients.
