Specialises in valuation relating to commercial and residential development and investment property

The head of our professional services team, Rob advises on investment risks related to value, complex property structures and their valuation consequences. He also helps clients understand the exit value risks related to their particular investment strategy.

Over his many years’ experience, he has valued a huge number of investment properties and appraised hundreds of sites on behalf of developers – assessing land value, profit potential and overall scheme viability.
