Background & Experience
Rick has been an active commercial real estate broker on the west coast since 2005.
Prior to becoming a broker Rick spent fifteen years in corporate real estate representing, Verizon Wireless, Jamba Juice and Jack In The Box. During that time he was responsible for developing strategic national “retail” roll out programs for both Verizon Wireless and Jamba Juice in a fourteen state territory including the Midwest, Southwest, Northwest and Mountain regions. As a consultant for Jack In The Box, Rick was responsible developing market strategy and site acquisition/disposition for company and franchise operations in California, Oregon, Washington and Idaho markets.
Rick’s primary focus since becoming a broker has included representing National Restaurant tenants (QSR’s) for site selection, disposition and sale leasebacks. Rick also specializes in Single Tenant Net Leased (STNL) Investment Sales on the West Coast. Projects include, Jack In The Box, Arby’s, Starbucks, Taco Bell, Denny’s, The Rock Woodfired Pizza, Church’s Chicken, Schlotzsky’s Deli, Sonic Drive-Ins, and Jimmy John’s.
Rick is a Seattle native and lives in Mill Creek with his wife Teresa and sons, Andrew and Kyle.
