Scope of Service Experience
Rick Foss, a Senior Vice President at NAI Horizon, works in the interest of his clients and is responsible for the sales and leasing of industrial properties. He specializes in the Central Phoenix, Sky Harbor, and Southeast Valley submarkets. Since moving to Phoenix from Washington, D.C., in 1999, Rick has negotiated more than $120 million of commercial real estate transactions for sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants.
Background & Experience
Rick joined NAI Horizon in 2010 and possesses 16 years of commercial real estate experience in Arizona. He has focused his career on representing local business owners in purchasing/selling and leasing of industrial properties to house their businesses. Today, the majority of his business is working with previous clients or referrals from those clients.
Rick graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts & Science degree.
