Scope of Service Experience
Rick Foss, a Senior Vice President at NAI Horizon, works in the interest of his clients and is responsible for the leasing and sales of industrial properties. He specializes in the Central Phoenix, Sky Harbor, and Southeast Valley submarkets. Since moving to Phoenix from Washington, D.C., in 1999, Rick has negotiated more than $90 million of commercial real estate transactions for sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants.

Rick joined NAI Horizon in 2010 and possesses 17 years of commercial real estate experience in Arizona. He prides himself on being a full-service tenant and landlord representative. He has experience in the negotiating of industrial land for speculative development and owner/user build to suits. He provides advisory and consultative services to regional and national institutional clients and distressed asset disposition and repositioning services to the financial community. Rick also has experience with development on Native American lands and 1031 Exchanges.
Rick graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts & Science degree.

Rick is a candidate for CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. He is a member of NAIOP Arizona.
