Rich joined NAI Bergman in April 2006, and is responsible for the Asset Optimization Group on behalf of NAI Bergman. Rich directs the operations of the Asset Optimization Group for NAI Bergman. His group represents challenged asset for banks, debt acquisition funds and personal estates. The Asset Optimization Group can provide the complete real estate solution. Available services include receivership appointment, brokerage, property management, property maintenance, accounting, and construction management. The Group's portfolio has included shopping centers, retail stores, office, medical and industrial buildings, a ten unit high-end townhouse complex and over 80 acres of undeveloped commercial land.
Rich brings over 16 years of experience in Office, Industrial and Retail Asset/Property Management to his duties at NAI Bergman. His proven track record in creating value by negotiating leases from an owner's perspective, maintaining a high level of tenant satisfaction/tenant renewal, scrutinizing operating and capital expenditures, maximizing common area recovery, and developing additional revenue sources, which provides NAI Bergman property management clients exceptional value.
