Scope of Service Experience
Mrs. Boger joined NAI Southern Real Estate in 2000 as an Administrative Assistant. She worked for the Office, Land and Retail Divisions. She was promoted to the position of Office Administrator in July, 2005. She maintains all Human Resources duties and oversees the office staff. She is responsible for Health Care Benefits, 401K Plan, Cafeteria Plan, Employee Training, OSHA, Payroll and oversees the operation of the office. Mrs. Boger is also the IT support person for all computers, servers and telephone maintenance. Mrs. Boger also maintains all Brokerage mandatory updates and continuing education License.
Background & Experience
Prior to joining NAI Southern Real Estate, she worked in the medical community as an Office Manager for 20 years.
Renee has lived in Charlotte since 1963 and attended Central Piedmont Community College and Phoenix University in Business Administration.
