Ms. Rose joined NAI Southern Real Estate in 2013. She started off in accounts payable and is
now the lead in both tenant collections and TICAM reconciliations for all properties.
Background & Experience
Ms. Rose is a native of Charlotte and graduated from the College of Charleston with a B.S. in Business with a concentration in
Real Estate. During college, she had two internships in Charleston, one with Avison Young and the other with Carolina Land
Realty. After moving back to Charlotte in 2013, Ragan began working in accounting and asset management for NAI Southern
Real Estate. She is also a licensed Broker in both North and South Carolina.
