Scope of Service Experience
Phil Parsons is NAI Partners’ Vice President of Property Management and in this role he is in charge of all managed portfolio operations, personnel and projects. With over 35 years of experience in facilities management, investment grade commercial property management, leasing, site selection, construction, due diligence and project management; Phil has held asset and property management roles for large groups of commercial office, industrial, and medical commercial properties in fifteen states exceeding 12 million square feet. His portfolio/real estate operational oversight experience is diverse including investment grade properties, industrial, office/warehouse, medical office, critical sites, retail, and U.S. Government real estate. Phil’s distinction is his drive to match his capabilities and company resources to the investment objectives of his clients.
Background & Experience
He comes to NAI Partners after spending spent 20 years with PM Realty Group as its Regional Vice President of commercial properties in Texas then later as its Regional V.P. for Facilities in the MidWest Region for Chase Bank where he oversaw 235 employees and 20 million square feet of over 1200 bank facilities in 11 states ranging in size up to 2 million square. He has been involved in project management of 22 new commercial developments including extensive experience in commissioning and startup of new properties. During his career he has also managed and oversaw lease administration on a portfolio of 57 government leases.
Historically Parsons’ clients have included Exxon, Chevron, Dow Chemical, Bank of America, Chase Bank, Dell, Verizon, HCA Healthcare, Schlumberger and numerous government agencies. His expertise includes design and implementation of facilities programs for initial outsourcing and repeated successes in transitioning facility management accounts while delivering cost savings and improved efficiencies to his clients.

Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas A&M University
Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and minor in Economics from Texas A&M University
