National Gypsum – Acquisition of 110,000 manufacturing facility
Black & Decker – Disposition of 350,000 square foot manufacturing plant
General Dynamics – Prepared detailed build-to-suit lease back specification package for a 150,000 square foot manufacturing facility. Process included: site selection, short list of prospective developers, administer bid and lease negotiations
Berry Plastics – Completed consolidation of four manufacturing plants totaling 350,000 square feet and the acquisition of a 170,000 distribution facility
Dunbar Armored – Assisted Dunbar in the expansion of 22 service locations around the country
FRP Development – Lakeside Business Park – The reclamation of a 125 acre sand and gravel pit into an award winning multi building industrial park, currently 80% built out
Stanley Family – The reposition and sale of a 40 acre industrial parcel including rezoning to residential to maximize the property value
