Paul specializes in Exclusive Buyer & Tenant Representation for NAI Avant’s market-leading office brokerage group. Additional focused interest include (NNN) investment sales, 1031 exchanges, and development Market knowledge and ambition combined with quality research and support have laid the strong foundation of his commercial real estate career.
Paul advocates for and advises his clients throughout each step of their specific commercial real estate transaction. Putting his clients in the correct office enables high level business performance and, when properly executed, serves to differentiate his clients from their competition. Translating businesses strategy into real estate solutions is achieved by providing his clients with in-depth market research, and identifying specific availabilities for every individual requirement. Guiding clients throughout the negotiation process and leveraging prospective options allows his clients to not only cut cost but boost profits. Paul’s goal for every client is to create long-term consultative relationships focused on a higher level real estate strategy rather than just picking an office.
Background & Experience
Paul attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He achieved a high level of success in his academics and extra-curricular activities including varsity football, student government, and numerous philanthropic organizations. Paul refined his written and interpersonal communication skills with a major in Communication Studies, utilizing his talents in multiple leadership roles throughout the university’s student body.
