Patrick joined NAI James E. Hanson in 2013 with a primary focus on working with industrial Landlords, Tenants and Institutional groups. Currently he works on a team that represents ownership groups like L & B Realty, Camber Real Estate Partners, AIG Global Real Estate, Terreno Realty Corporation, State Board Administration of Florida, and CenterPoint among others. His market knowledge and ability to drive a deal helps his client achieve and maintain high occupancy throughout their portfolios and maximize cash flows.

Education

Patrick graduated from James Madison University with a BS in Public Relations. He then went on to receive his Graduate Degree in Real Estate from Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University.
