Scope of Service Experience
As a member of NAI Hunneman’s Suburban Brokerage Team, Mr. Osvold advises and consults clients in the leasing, sale, and acquisition of real estate assets as well as land in the South Suburban market, which consists of I-495, I-95, Route 128 and Route 24 corridors. Since joining NAI Hunneman in 2010, Mr. Osvold has been involved in over 5 million square feet of transactions. These transactions include office, flex, industrial, land and retail deals.
Background & Experience
In 2012, 2014, 2015, and 2016, Mr. Osvold was named a CoStar Power Broker for leasing & sales transaction volume. In 2015, Mr. Osvold was awarded the Commercial Brokers Association’s Community Impact Award for his involvement in the 77.3-acre sale to Amazon for their 1.1 million-square-foot distribution center at South Coast Park. He was also awarded the CBA Industrial Deal of the Year for his involvement in the 115-acre sale to Martignetti for their 680,000 SF headquarters and distribution center at Myles Standish Park.
