Background & Experience
Nina Thomas comes to NAI Shames Makovsky as a commercial real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in retail, office, industrial warehouse and mixed-use properties. She is responsible for budget administration, contract negotiation, Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations, lease abstracting/review, construction management, and vendor and tenant relations. Nina has built strong client relationships with both office and retail tenants and ownership and represented companies such as Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Denver Partnership and local charities.
Nina has worked in property management and marketing for Elevate RES, Unique Management Services; Prime West Real Estate Services; Newmark Grub Knight Frank, Equity Office, Lend Lease; Urban Retail Properties, General Growth Properties and Simon Property Group. Nina also has previous experience working in the shopping center industry as a marketing director in Denver, Australia, Monclair CA, Phoenix, Milwaukee and Dallas-Ft. Worth metro area.
Nina grew up in Michigan and Texas and resides in Highlands Ranch with her husband. She supports Walk MS Denver, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Women’s Bean Project and participates in a variety of bike rides and runs for charity.
