Nick Stomski, SIOR is an industrial and investment specialist and a Lifetime Member of the Central Carolina Realtors Association’s Circle of Excellence. Nick has been awarded the Circle of Excellence recognition in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010, the last year before the award was retired. Nick has been the recipient each year of the Columbia Region CoStar Power Broker Award for Top Industrial Leasing since 2010. In 2011, he also received the Columbia Region CoStar Power Broker Award for Top Sales Volume. In 2016, Nick was awarded Top Leasing Producer for the Columbia office and was named the Top Overall Producer for the company in 2017. Nick offers specialization in acquisition, disposition, landlord and tenant representation in the industrial market across the state, focusing on corporate services in the capacity of brokerage and consulting. Nick also focuses on Build to Suit/Development projects providing opportunities for clients when product to meet the demand does not exist. Nick was recognized by the State Newspaper as one of 20 top rising business stars under the age of 40 in the Midlands who are committed to improving life in South Carolina’s capital city, and Columbia Business Monthly’s Best and Brightest Under 35 in 2016. Most recently in 2017, NAI Global recognized Nick as one of the top performers worldwide.

Nick holds the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation, a prestigious professional commercial and industrial real estate association. Nick’s client list is comprised of companies such as DuPont USA, Teijin Films, Pepsi Bottling Company, Flextronics International, Eleets Transportation, EPSI Masking Company, Flying J, Ceratizit USA, Merchants Metals, Inc., Masthead, Safelite Glass Corp., Marwin Company, Harvest Hope Food Bank, Mar Mac Wire, and Struthers-Dunn, to name a few. Nick received his Bachelor’s of Science Degree from the University of South Carolina with a double major in Real Estate and Entrepreneurial Management. He is a member of the Leadership Columbia Alumni Association, the Committee of 100, the South Carolina Economic Developers’ Association, New Carolina TDL Cluster and serves on the facilities committee of Harvest Hope Food Bank.
