Nick has advised on a variety of successful, high profile projects including:

The O2 Entertainment District, Greenwich
Providing development and leasing advice, Nick was instrumental in helping to transform the former Millennium Dome into Europe’s largest leisure scheme. The space, which includes 21 bars and restaurants, two clubs, four retail units, a multiplex, exhibition space and 23,000 capacity arena, was fully let on opening. The arena and leisure tenants continue to trade successfully.

Silverlink Leisure Park, Newcastle
Nick advised on the design, configuration and layout of two additional restaurant units in the car park at Silverlink. He went on to secure pre-lets at a new rental high for the park, significantly improving rental and investment value.

Jamie Oliver’s Recipease, Notting Hill Gate
Nick secured Jamie Oliver’s flagship retail store in Notting Hill Gate. The iconic store opened in July 2012, boosting the brand image and helping to drive expansion.
