Nicholas joined NAI Elliot in March of 2012. He brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience to NAI Elliott and has been involved with over $250,000,000 of commercial real estate sales.
Nicholas specializes in the acquisition and sale of commercial and multi-family properties and works with investors, owners, occupants, and developers. His transactions have included large industrial acreage, apartment development land, retail centers, apartment complexes, and industrial buildings.
