Nate Riso joined NAI Capital’s Irvine office as a Senior Associate focusing on multifamily investments. Nate has extensive experience in multifamily investment properties. He specializes in property valuation, acquisition and disposition strategies. He has extensive experience with 1031 Exchange and developed a unique platform to increase wealth for his clients. He is involved in providing advisory services for his clients on strategic investment planning, revenue generation and asset performance. Some of his strategic partners include Tipping Point Capital, Cone Middour Partners and NRI Construction. Nate’s two decades of knowledge in residential and commercial asset development offers his clients a unique focused approach. He brings an exceptional skill set and unsurpassed attentiveness in serving the needs of his clients.
Background & Experience
Nate has 15 years of real estate and business experience specializing in serving the needs of institutional and private multifamily clients. Prior to joining NAI Capital, he was a Sales Associate at Colliers International where he focused on multifamily investment services. For nearly seven years Nate was Vice President of Sales for Gold Max, where he expanded the customer base to three additional states and created more than $10 million in gross sales. As Senior Project Manager with Jabez Enterprises he was involved flipping multifamily projects in a fast paced environment; also co-developed and completed the sale of a $5 million multifamily construction project.
