Mr. Cooperstock is currently exclusive leasing representative for 205 West 39th St, 24-32 Union Square East, and for retail stores on 63rd Drive and Queens Boulevard in the Rego Park section of Queens. Prior to that, he was a principal of Weather Downs Inc., a ladies coat manufacturer, from 1980 through 1983. From 1972 through 1980 he served as a senior sales executive at Post Time Inc., also a ladies coat manufacturer.
