Mike King conducts sales and leasing as a Commercial Real Estate Broker with NAI Black, Spokane’s largest property management and commercial real estate company. Mike specializes in the eastern region of Spokane County and specifically the "Spokane Valley".
Although Mike has over 25 years of sporting goods retail sales experience, he has chosen his Commercial Real Estate career by focus on leasing and sales of Retail, Industrial, Office and Commercial Land categories within the Spokane Valley. His retail sales training and background makes him aware of client needs, his transaction partners concerns and Mike does focus on getting the job done for his clients.
By Specializing and focusing on the Spokane Valley, he has gained a vast amount of knowledge on the specific properties and who owns what along the major corridors within Spokane Valley. This knowledge has proved invaluable, in knowing the market and current pricing of Commercial Properties within the Valley.

His pleasures are flying small “Bush Aircraft” in Alaska, Guiding fishermen for brother Butch at “Wildman Lake Lodge” on the Alaskan Peninsula, past World Champion Freestyle Skier and honored by the “Ski Hall of Fame” in 2011, National Masters ski race Champion, ski coach, and tolerable golf as of late.

Mike has served three years as a Director of the Greater Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce, is active in Spokane East Rotary (Spokane Valley), and regularly attends and participates with the Spokane Valley City Council meetings. And is active within the Spokane Commercial Brokers Association, known as the "Spokane Trader’s Club".
