Scope of Service Experience
Michael G. Kalil joined NAI Farbman in July, 1993 and currently is the Chief Operating Officer for Farbman Group. Since joining NAI Farbman, Mr. Kalil has held leasing and management responsibilities for over 1 million square feet of office, industrial and retail property. He has overseen multiple real estate developments throughout the Detroit Metropolitan Area. Mr. Kalil is also responsible for brokerage, construction and property management of over 25 million sq. ft. of Commercial, Industrial and Office Buildings for clients such as Oakwood HealthCare Services, Tenet/Detroit Medical Center, KeyBank, Situs, Wells Fargo, Altair Engineering, Huntington Bank, Flagstar Bank and CIII Asset Management.
