Scope of Service Experience
As founding member of the Corporate Services Group at NAI James E. Hanson, Michael Walters has been actively involved with managing multimarket national real estate assignments since 1986. As a pioneer in the Corporate Services specialty for more than 28 years, Michael directed the corporate real estate activity for Ingersoll Rand Company and Cash Flex, a wholly owned subsidiary of Corestate’s Bank and First Union Bank as well as Regulus Group, LLC. In doing so he directed the completion of more than 6,000,000 square feet of office, industrial and warehouse transactions in excess of $250,000,000. Michael’s other multi-market national relationships included Herman Miller, Tektronics, Wells Fargo Bank, ITT Industries, Sanyo Logistics, Diapers.com, Transcentra, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cerberus.
Michael’s expertise and knowledge of multi national real estate trends and market knowledge have made him a favorite of real estate managers, directors and organizations on a dramatic growth curve as well as corporations who are redirecting real estate assets on a national scale. High profile assignments included Ingersoll Rand’s Corporate Headquarters in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, a 22± acre site that includes its 135,000 square foot headquarters. Michael has actively worked the top 100 markets in the United States and North America and in doing so, has cemented long term relationships with the top brokers in each respective markets.
