Mr. Altieri joined the NAI Southern Real Estate team in April 2012. Michael has over 10 years of experience in real estate including multi-family leasing and management, residential brokerage, commercial leasing and sales transactions as well as property management. Michael focuses on acquiring regional property management and leasing business to expand upon the already strong NAI Southern portfolio in the Carolinas. Michael specializes in transitioning new properties and portfolios under management while overseeing financials, budgets, leasing goals, operations and maintenance. He also brings investment and leasing opportunities to the company. He has extensive experience with all product types but has a special knack for unraveling distressed properties or those with operational challenges. He excels in building a tailored approach to each property to accomplish the owner's goals.
Background & Experience
Originally from Northern California, Mr. Altieri previously worked as a Property Manager for Lincoln Harris in Charlotte where he focused on managing office and retail properties of all Class types. He has also worked in leasing and management with Camden Realty Trust and has experience in mortgage lending and residential real estate sales.
Mr. Altieri is a graduate of Wake Forest University.
