Matt Sreden began his career in Commercial Real Estate in 2011 working from the ground up as an assistant broker to Executive Vice President, Yair Haimoff. Matt specializes in landlord and tenant representation of sales and leasing in the Santa Clarita & San Fernando Valley’s.

Matt specializes in sales and leasing of office and industrial properties in both the Santa Clarita and San Fernando Valleys. While working side by side with NAI Capital’s top broker and seeing first hand hundreds of thousands of square feet being negotiated for tenants and landlords, Matt has the ability to professionally assist his clients in determining the best approach for each client. Matt takes pride in being a “Relationship Broker” with the goal of creating and preserving wealth for his clientele.

Matt enhances his capabilities and provides value to his clients with wide experiences in all areas of commercial real estate, including representing landlords and tenants in sale negotiations, leasing negotiations, marketing analysis and studies.
