Matt Ehrlich serves as Vice President with NAI Capital’s headquarters office in Encino. He is involved in selling and leasing industrial properties for his diverse client base. Matt is a skilled negotiator with extensive experience representing buyers, sellers and investors of commercial real estate. Landlords, tenants, and investors trust his advice, market knowledge and dedication to provide them an advantage in achieving their business goals.

Matt uses cutting-edge technology to match prospective tenants to the right property, develop the correct marketing strategy, and communicate timely opportunities to his clients. He maintains a detailed client database tracking all needs and wants, including off-market information. Matt provides attention to detail with a keen understanding of his clients business. He takes pride in making every transaction seamless and successful.
Background & Experience
Prior to joining NAI Capital, Matt Ehrlich was Commercial Director for KW Commercial, in Calabasas where he was involved in sales and leasing of industrial property. Prior to that, he was Account Manager for Dynamic Research Group where he developed business and marketing strategies for his clients. Matt has also held management positions at B&B Auto Corp and City Auto Body, where he used his skills to build strategic client relationships. Matt’s diverse background and experience gives him a unique perspective to help address his client needs. He is adept at putting together creative deals.

Matt Ehrlich graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
