Background & Experience
• Mark moved to Central Florida from Northwest Ohio in 1992 and has been a resident of Tallahassee since 1996. He began his career in the heavy equipment rental industry in Central Florida in sales before moving to North Florida and opening up a new rental branch for the Hertz Corporation transitioning into Management. Mark's desire to become more involved in the local market, he left Hertz Equipment Rental and joined Flint Equipment Company as Rental Operations Director, developing an equipment rental program from the ground up for six locations in southeast Alabama, south Georgia and the panhandle of Florida.
• Transitioning from the management of people and equipment to properties and budgets in 2005 for a small locally owned real estate and development company, Twin Action Properties, Inc., Mark became a member of the NAI TALCOR team in March 2010. Mark is currently responsible for the overall management and day to day operations of approximately 432,000 square feet of office and retail commercial space in Leon and Gadsden Counties; including the management of Innovation Park for the Leon County Research & Development Authority located in southeast Tallahassee.
